Morgan Kennels and Mike Morgan are devoted to promoting the responsible
breeding and ownership of the American (Pit) Bull Terrier and do not
encourage or endorse any illegal activities with any animal. We believe
that the American (Pit) Bull Terrier is one the most loyal, intelligent,
and courageous breeds of dog. These dogs can do anything that any other
breed can do and better. We take great pains in making the best possible
breeding and making sure that our dogs have the highest quality care
available. Our dogs are exercised on a daily basis and are fed Kasco dog
food. We do not run a puppy mill so we will not always have puppies to
sell. I’m sure that if you do the proper research about us you will find
that the wait will be well worth it. We would like our dogs and puppies
to go to only responsible families and homes. We do not recommend or
condone any illegal activities with our dogs. Before any dog is sold or
bred the buyer must sign and mail to me the agreement below, before any
dogs can be released. |

All shipping expenses are to be paid by the buyer. This includes,
airline charges and the purchase of the crate. This can be paid upon
receiving the puppy or grown dog at the airport. Do to weather
constraints from time to time the animal may only be able to be shipped
in the late evening or the early morning. |

We guarantee that you as the customer will be 100% satisfied with your
purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the puppy or
grown dog you choose. We will gladly replace the puppy or grown dog,
with a comparable dog of age and breeding. The buyer will pay all
shipping and expenses for the original purchased animal and the
replacement. All dogs and puppies are ADBA registered. All papers will
be provided at the time of sale. |

All puppies and grown dogs will be free of all internal and external
parasites. They will also be current on all of their vaccinations, to
the point of shipping. All pups and grown dogs will have a current State
of Florida Health certificate verifying that they are in good health and
are physically able to travel. |
